The lead programmer, often a supporter of the nonprofit, coordinates with the project’s designer, leads the coding team, allocates parts of the project to team members and proactively recruits other programmers.
They truly OWN their project page and lead the team.
The team must have a
NonProfit Sponsor
and a Designer too.
They need a basic project template page to get started creating their Project page. Please note this is a wiki and they can feel free to edit those basic forms. But mainly they should add not reduce information.
They should also make sure to update their event's Project listing with a link to their Project page.
