The Product Manager coordinates all the projects in the codeathon, learning the specialties of all the volunteer programmers in attendance and consensually arranging their coding assignments, designating a few individuals as lead programmers for specific projects. The Product Manager should also proactively recruit professional colleagues to assist in the codeathon.
