Bug / issue tracking 4 - At a glance, looks fine for our needs           2 - Lots of extra work to find, install, manage something ourself.
Wiki 2 - No WYSIWYG editor           4 - We already have a wiki up which we can use if need be.
Chat n/a           3 - Some effort to set up and maintain an IRC channel.

Web hosting 2 - Google domain name, no server access           5 - We are already doing this.
